The purpose of Major Ben's Workshops:
- To provide Supervisors and Managers with the necessary skills to value manage, evaluate, and build effective work teams in a culturally diverse work environment.
- To provide Supervisors and Managers with the necessary skills to effectively deal with "Difficult people" within a diverse work environment.
- To provide employees with the tools to build a healthy self-image to improve their personal and organizational productivity.
- To provide Supervisors, Managers, and Employees an awareness of the impact of Sexual Harassment on the workforce environment.
- To provide Supervisors and Managers with the knowledge of how Customer Service impacts on the Organization and the "Bottom Line".

Workshop Logistics
Group size: 25-30 participants
Physical setting: A room large enough for comfortable seating for participants in a horseshoe at tables
Equipment: An overhead projector, video setup, Xerox copies of course outline and handouts
