The purpose of Major Ben's Workshops:

• To provide Supervisors and Managers with the necessary skills to value manage, evaluate, and build effective work teams in a culturally diverse work environment.
• To provide Supervisors and Managers with the necessary skills to effectively deal with "Difficult people" within a diverse work environment.
• To provide employees with the tools to build a healthy self-image to improve their personal and organizational productivity.
• To provide Supervisors, Managers, and Employees an awareness of the impact of Sexual Harassment on the workforce environment.
• To provide Supervisors and Managers with the knowledge of how Customer Service impacts on the Organization and the "Bottom Line".

Workshop Logistics

Group size: 25-30 participants

Physical setting: A room large enough for comfortable seating for participants in a horseshoe at tables

Equipment: An overhead projector, video setup, Xerox copies of course outline and handouts

Fee Schedule

* All fees quoted above are "Plus expenses." (Coach airfare or mileage, meals, lodging, etc)

In certain situations, extreme customization may entail an additional fee.

If handouts are utilized, the "Master" will be provided to the client for reproduction.
